Happy New Year

Happy new year everybody, and I hope it’s a successful one for everyone.

The cycling world continues to buzz busily along, helped by racing success but also helped by people taking to the roads themselves. It provides a fantastic market for selling books and magazines.

I’ve got a book called ‘The Complete Tour de France Records’ coming out in May this year, published by Carlton Books and part of their million-selling Records series. There’ll be a French version published at the same time.

I’m busy with two books for Harper Collins at the moment, and will be throughout this year. They will be published in 2013. At the same time we're launching my own publishing projects under Chris Sidwells Publishing. We’ve got two books coming out in 2013. I’m still negotiating one of them but the other will be the official history of the Three Peaks Cyclo-cross, which has its 50th edition this year.
